TV Tokyo has announced that Hiroyuki Nishimori's A Bad Boy Drinks Tea! (Ocha Nigosu.) manga is inspiring a 12-episode live-action TV series that will be premiering on TV Tokyo in 2021.
The complete series will begin streaming in advance of the broadcast on Amazon Prime Video in Japan on March 5.

Masaya Funabashi, who was feared as the strongest delinquent in his junior high school due to his strong face and intimidating atmosphere, was fed up with his days of being recklessly picked fights with. Funabashi wants to break the cycle of violence and live a peaceful life when he enters high school, and by chance, he joins the tea ceremony club! Funabashi gradually changes as he learns about the tea ceremony and gets involved with his fellow members of the tea ceremony club, but... But will he be able to graduate from violence and find peace in his life?
