The official website for the TV anime adaptation of Boichi and Riichirou Inagaki's Dr. Stone manga has released a new key visual and trailer for the second season, Dr. Stone: Stone Wars.
Dr. STONE is based on the Shonen Jump manga of the same name written by Riichiro Inagaki and illustrated by Boichi. Crunchyroll streamed the first season as it aired and describes it as:
Several thousand years after a mysterious phenomenon that turns all of humanity to stone, the extraordinarily intelligent, science-driven boy, Senku Ishigami, awakens. Facing a world of stone and the total collapse of civilization, Senku makes up his mind to use science to rebuild the world. Shinya Iino is returning to direct the second season at TMS Entertainment. Yuichiro Kido is also back to supervise and write the series scripts. Yuko Iwasa is again designing the characters. Tatsuya Katō, Hiroaki Tsutsumi, and Yuki Kanesaka are returning to compose the music.
