The official website and Twitter for the My Hero Academia movie series revealed the title, release date, and first visual for the second franchise movie.The second movie in the My Hero Academia franchise is titled, My Hero Academia The Movie Heroes: Rising. The movie will premiere in theaters December 20, 2019. (Whether that is worldwide or just Japan, I'm not sure).
The visual on the left is the first teaser visual released for the movie.
Kohei Horikoshi has also stated that this will most likely be the final movie in the franchise.
I've been seeing news about the second movie for a while now, so I'm excited about the revealing of the title and the release date. I'm really looking forward to seeing Heroes: Rising. Two Heroes was an amazing movie and I'm hoping that Heroes: Rising will be even better than the first movie. I just need to make sure that I see it in theaters this time.
