The official website and Twitter account for the TV anime adaptation of Kazuha Kishimoto and Shimahara's Isekai Shōkan wa Nidome Desu (Summoned to Another World for a Second Time) light novel series has released a new promotional video, more cast and staff announcements, opening theme song artist, and Spring 2023 premiere.
The opening theme song titled, "Continue Distortion" will be performed by S.S.NiRVERGE∀.
Shunichi Toki has been cast as the protagonist Setsu.
Motoki Nakanishi is directing the anime at Studio Elle. Yukihito is supervising the series scripts. Mikako Kunii is designing the characters.
Coolmic publishes the manga adaptation in English and describes the series as:
There was once a hero who was summoned to another world, and he saved that world. However, the man was caught in a "trap" and was forcibly returned to his original world. On top of that, he had to start over as a baby… This is the story of a crazy journey in another world where a former hero who was reincarnated into a slightly gloomy high school student is "resummoned" back to that same world! There's a lot of room to work with when it's the second time, huh♪
