The official website for the TV anime adaptation of Rifujin na Magonote's Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation light novel series has announced that the anime's second cour will premiere on October 3 in Japan on Tokyo MX, KBS Kyoto, and BS11. A new key visual has been released.
The second cour had been delayed from its originally planned July premiere due to "various circumstances."
Funimation will stream the second cour as part of its Fall 2021 Season lineup.

Manabu Okamoto is directing the series at Studio Bind. EGG FIRM is also credited for production. Kazutaka Sugiyama is designing the characters. Yuiko Ōhara produced, wrote, scored, and sang both the opening theme song and the ending theme song for the first half of the series.
