Kodansha has published a novel adaptation of Naoki Yamakawa and Akinari Nao's I'm Standing on a Million Lives (100-Man no Inochi no Ue ni Ore wa Tatteiru) manga.
Sawako Hirabayashi, the script writer for the anime's ninth episode, has written the novel. Akinari Nao illustrated the novel and Naoki Yamakawa is credited for the original story.
The novel's original story takes place after Glenda joins as the sixth player, and they have to defend the village of Zagros from being destroyed.
