Atlus has released the first part of the ‘Demonic Compendium’ trailer for Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne HD Remaster.
The first trailer introduces the following species of demons: Yoma, Fairy, Divine, Fallen, Dragon King, Beast, Jirae, Brute, Femme, and Night.
The second trailer will release on August 6 and the third on August 7.
Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne HD Remaster will be launching for PS4 and Nintendo Switch on October 29 in Japan, then worldwide in Spring 2021.
Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne HD Remaster is based on Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne Maniax Chronicle Edition and features Raidou Kuzunoha the XIV from the Devil Summoner: Raidou Kuzunoha series as a replacement for Dante from the Devil May Cry series, who had appeared as a guest character in Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne Maniax.
The HD Remaster features improved graphics and gameplay, voiced event scenes (which can be turned on or off), “Normal” and “Hard” difficulty settings, plus the new release of a “Merciful” difficulty setting as a free DLC.
The limited edition includes a copy of the game, the 106-page magazine “Ayakashi Special Final Issue,” two-disc “New Piano Arrange” and “Rare Soundtrack” CD set (37 tracks), “Amala Tenrinko” aroma lamp, and a vortex case.
Pre-orders open on July 21 at 12:00 JST.
GAME OVERVIEW:
It’s been 17 years since the original release of Shin Megami Tensei III, known in the U.S. as Shin Megami Tensei: Nocturne. Now, the apocalyptic legend returns in a full high-definition remake of the classic game, coming to Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 in Spring 2021.
