Funimation has released the English subtitled version of the Tokyo Ghoul [S] trailer!
The live-action adaptation of Sui Ishida's Tokyo Ghoul manga premiered in Japan July 19 and was #7 in it's opening weekend.
Funimation premiered the film at Anime Expo on July 6 and will release it in US theaters in September.
Coming to select theaters September 16, 18 & 20.
Feed the need for more Tokyo Ghoul with the next thrilling live-action adaptation that stays true to the original manga!
Now a member of Anteiku, Ken Kaneki grows closer to the ghouls around him. Determined to protect his new home against anti-ghoul forces, he trains his powers in secret. But when the infamous gourmet, Shu Tsukiyama, wishes to savor some half-ghoul flavor, Kaneki’s training is put to the test of a lifetime.
I'm even more excited to see TGS! Being able to read the subtitles makes it even more real, I guess. And we have actual screening dates now! Next month still feels so far away!
