The official website for the anime film Human Lost has released a new visual for overseas audiences. The visual was created by concept artist Kenichiro Tomiyasu.
A teaser trailer has also been released and can bee seen below or by checking out the TOHO animation チャンネル YouTube channel.
The film will premiere in the United States before Japan. Funimation will screen the film in theaters October 22-23, 2019. The English subtitled version will be screened October 22 and the English dubbed version will screen October 23. A global release is set for sometime in October and November.
The film is an adaptation of Osamu Dazai's No Longer Human novel. The original Ningen Shikkaku novel follows a young man's deepening alienation from the rest of the world around him, despite attempts at appearing cheerful.
