The official website and Twitter account for the TV anime adaptation of Iro Aida's Toilet-Bound Hanako-kun (Jibaku Shōnen Hanako-kun) manga has announced that spin-off series After-School Hanako-Kun is getting a TV anime adaptation premiering on October 12 in Japan.
The first installment of the new anime project will be a 10-minute short anime series set to air over four weeks.
Returning cast members include Megumi Ogata as Hanako-kun, Akari Kito as Nene Yashiro and Shoya Chiba as Ko Minamoto.
Crunchyroll will stream the anime early on October 10 at 9AM CST before the Japanese premiere!

Kamome Academy is rumored to have many mysteries, the strangest of which involves the mischievous ghost of Hanako-kun. When occult-loving high schooler Nene Yashiro accidentally becomes bonded to him, she uncovers a hidden world of supernatural beings. Now the two of them are conspiring to keep the peace between student and supernatural—that is, if they can only stay out of trouble themselves.

Masaki Kitamura will direct the series at animation studio Lerche, with Kazuma Nagatomo handling the series composition. Aya Hinoue will act as chief animation director and character designer. Hiroshi Takaki will compose the music.
