The official website for the TV anime adaptation of Rifujin na Magonote's Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation light novel series has announced that the anime is getting a second season. More details will be released at a later time.
Eris' OVA episode will ship with the anime's 4th Blu-ray Disc volume on March 16, 2022.
The first cour of the first season premiered in January 2021, and the second cour premiered on October 3, after being delayed from July.
Manabu Okamoto directed the first season at Studio Bind. EGG FIRM was also credited for production. Kazutaka Sugiyama designed the characters. Yuiko Ōhara produced, wrote, scored, and sang both the opening theme song and the ending theme song for the first half of the series.
