[MUSIC] The New Six Releases Behind-the-Scenes Look at "FUEGO" Music Video Shoot

The official Twitter account for the TV anime adaptation of Mikoto Yamaguchi and Yuki Sato's Tomodachi Game (Friends Games) manga has announced that Nana Mizuki will perform the anime's opening theme song titled, "Double Shuffle."

Tomodachi Game is set to premiere in April 2022.

The main cast includes:

Chiaki Kobayashi as Yūichi Katagiri
Daiki Hamano as Tenji Mikasa
Yume Miyamoto as Shiho Sawaragi
Tomohiro Ōno as Makoto Shibe
Satomi Amano as Yutori Kokorogi

Hirofumi Ogura is directing the anime at Okuru to Noboru, and Kenta Ihara is supervising and writing the series scripts. Satomi Miyazaki is designing the characters. Studio Tulip's Si Man Wei is the art director, while Studio Tulip's Tsukasa Ohira is in charge of art setting. Aiko Mizuno is the color key artist. Yomogiko Murano is the compositing director of photography. MICHIRU is composing the music. Hiroto Morishita is directing the sound at Studio Mouse.

The story of Tomodachi Game revolves around Yuichi Katagiri, a young man who was raised to believe that friendship is more important than money. After the savings for the class field trip are mysteriously stolen, Yuichi and group of his friends are kidnapped and entered into the mysterious "Friends Games" with the stolen funds as their participation fee. Each of the 5 players is worth 4 million yen, and by working together they can win 20 million yen total to pay off their families' various debts. However, the "Friends Games" are a sadistic competition designed to push their friendships past the breaking point.
