The official website for the TV anime adaptation of Miki Yoshikawa's A Couple of Cuckoos manga released the anime's main promotional video and key visual, along with additional cast and the opening theme song.
Ikimono-gakari vocalist Kiyoe Yoshioka will be performing the opening theme song titled, "Dekoboko" (Rough).

The anime is set to premiere in April 2022.
Hiroaki Akagi is the chief director of the anime and Yoshiyuki Shirahata is directing the anime at Shin-Ei Animation and Synergy SP. Yasuhiro Nakanishi is overseeing the series scripts, and Aya Takano is designing the characters.
