It was revealed at the Jump Festa '22 event that the newest additions to the TV anime adaptation of Boichi and Riichirou Inagaki's Dr. Stone manga will be a third season that will premiere in 2023 and a TV anime special titled Dr. Stone: Ryusui that will premiere in Summer 2022.
Dr. Stone: Ryusui will be set after the second season Dr. Stone: Stone Wars, and will center on Ryusui, who will be voiced by Ryōta Suzuki.
TMS Entertainment will animate the special.
