Wizards, who use ancient magic, have lived with humans since long ago.
Many of them have lived their entire lives without being aware that they are wizards.
Nothing is supposed to change in their daily lives.
Suddenly, a world government agency reveals the existence of "wizards" behind the terrorist acts.
Furthermore, the government announced the formation of E.I.X., an international security group of psychics that had been formed in secret and enforced a plan to suppress wizards all over the world.
This was the "Witch Hunt" as it was later called.
Ten years have passed since then.
The threat of E.I.X. looms over Grantsbury Village, where wizards live peacefully.
Then, a girl stands up. She is Clarice Fullana, a wizard who has inherited the "Pureblood" bloodline, which is one of the few venerable families of wizards.

The battle between the two conflicting forces of "wizards" and "psychics" is entering a new phase.
