The official website for the TV anime adaptation of Boichi and Riichirou Inagaki's Dr. Stone manga has announced that theme songs and artists for the second season of the anime.
We are very happy to be teaming up with Dr. Stone for the first time.
The song "Paradise" is a song about how each choice you make can change your life and the world in a big way, and just like the feelings of Senku and Tsukasa, the song is about moving forward despite the differences and conflicts as you seek your own "paradise".
I can't help but look forward to the beginning of a new chapter in the "Stone World".
Nice to meet you. My name is Hatena.
I am very happy that you chose my 2nd single "Koe? as the ED of the anime "Dr. Stone", and I'm very happy to have it chosen.
Since the start of the "Dr. Stone" series, I've been enjoying it every week as if I were a member of the "Science Kingdom" led by Senku.
The song "Voice?" is inspired by the cool and calm side of Senku and his curiosity and passion to save the world, and I hope you can enjoy the song along with the anime.
Dr. STONE is based on the Shonen Jump manga of the same name written by Riichiro Inagaki and illustrated by Boichi. Crunchyroll streamed the first season as it aired and describes it as:
Several thousand years after a mysterious phenomenon that turns all of humanity to stone, the extraordinarily intelligent, science-driven boy, Senku Ishigami, awakens. Facing a world of stone and the total collapse of civilization, Senku makes up his mind to use science to rebuild the world. Starting with his super-strong childhood friend Taiju Oki, who awakened at the same time, they will begin to rebuild civilization from nothing... Depicting two million years of scientific history from the Stone Age to the present day, the unprecedented crafting adventure story is about to begin!
Fujifabric will be performing the opening theme song titled, "Rakuen (Paradise)."
Hatena will be performing the ending theme song titled, "Koe? (Voice?)."
The Second Season of Dr. Stone will premiere in January as part of Crunchyroll's 2021 Winter Season lineup. Funimation has also announced that the English Dub of the Second Season of Dr. Stone will premiere in January as part of their 2021 Winter Season lineup.
