The official website and Twitter account for the TV anime adaptation of Takahiro and Yōhei Takemura's Mato Seihei no Slave (Slave of the Magic Capital's Elite Troops) manga has released a character trailer for Yuki Wakura, who links up with a captain of the Anti-Demon Corps and is voiced by Yuya Hirose.
Akari Kitō will be performing the anime's opening theme song.
Crunchyroll has announced that the English title for the Mato Seihei no Slave anime is Chained Soldier.
HIDIVE will hold the North American premiere of the anime's first two episodes on November 17 at this year's Anime NYC event in New York City.
Chained Soldier is set to premiere in January 2023. HIDIVE will stream the series in Winter 2024.
