An official website has been opened with the announcement that Seimaru Amagi and Rima Amamiya's Gifted manga is getting a live-action TV drama adaptation.

The first 8-episode season will air on Saturdays from August 12-September 30 at 11:40 p.m. JST on Toukai TV and Fuji TV. The second season will premiere in October on WOWOW Prime and WOWOW On Demand.
One day, Natsuki Amakusa—the hope of the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department—meets an unusual high schooler named Yuuya Shiki. Natsuki's interest in the high schooler is piqued after Yuuya happens to be passing through the scene of a difficult murder case and determines the perpetrator with ease. How did he know who the killer was? When an incident later takes place at Yuuya's high school, the two happen across each other again...
