The official website and Twitter account for the TV anime adaptation of Kazuha Kishimoto and Shimahara's Isekai Shōkan wa Nidome Desu (Summoned to Another World for a Second Time) light novel series has released the anime's 2nd promotional video and key visual, more additional cast, ending theme artist, and April 9 premiere.
The ending theme song titled, "Be ambitious!!!" will be performed by Maybe Me.
The opening theme song titled, "Continue Distortion" will be performed by S.S.NiRVERGE∀.
Shunichi Toki has been cast as the protagonist Setsu.
Motoki Nakanishi is directing the anime at Studio Elle. Yukihito is supervising the series scripts. Mikako Kunii is designing the characters.
Coolmic publishes the manga adaptation in English and describes the series as:
There was once a hero who was summoned to another world, and he saved that world. However, the man was caught in a "trap" and was forcibly returned to his original world.
